While he is getting wasted, he is approached by Juli who now works for Mobius and she informs him that his daughter, Lilly is still alive. He ends up going with her and finds out that the machine which caused all the trouble from the first game is being used and his daughter is being used against her will to create a little town called, Union, but something has gone very wrong. The first Evil Within was far more contained.
