Here's my final answer on this:. I gave up on trying to find a non-existent videos. I tried three players. Two looked promising but they could not find videos and wanted me to create a folder then go back to iTunes and import them into the folder. That was ridiculous. The third player found the videos easily and quickly and is now playing one of the videos nicely. That's how it should be. The name the free video player is PlayerExtreme.
I am disgusted with Apple that they have made this forum and the video player problem so very difficult. The Videos app is part of iOS install and cannot be deleted unless you did it via direct access to iOS files. Try a Spotlight search for "Videos" not "video. Why would they make it so difficult to find this answer to a problem that I see several people having.
After all Apple bases their entire marketing on the use of iTunes and Videos and such on their devices. Thank you for the 3rd party app suggestion, this the route i went because no one seemed to have any answers.

In a similar circumstance, i found it ready for me to download through iCloud in App Store.
